Some time has passed since we have updated our blog. Our most recent trip was to Ft. Lauderdale for my life long friend's wedding. It was a great week and I was really happy to spend some time with Ashley, Shea, Coconut, and Royal before the wedding weekend.
The other pictures are from my dad's visit to Costa Rica, and first time out of the EEUU! Way to go, dad! Pics are from sunset cruise out of Playa Hermosa. Kev is behind my giant boggle head. The rock is named Monkey's Head, you be the judge.
This month will be busy for Kevin because his project deadline is November 28. We are heading to San Jose Monday and we will be back in Ocotal Tuesday night for election night.....can't wait!
We were up at the site this morning to eat breakfast and it was a perfect, clear day. The view from the project is breathtaking. Today you could see Witch's Rock and the entire Papagayo Peninsula. My students told me that we are in a transition time between wet and dry season and the next 2 months will be windy.
